I finally got around to printing the lookbook for my Natasha shoot! I printed on a gray matte cardstock and then printed on semi-gloss photo paper for the photos on top of the patterns. They’re pasted on so it has a cool raised and glossy DIY touch to it. I’m really happy with it! I glued the pages back to back and then bound it together with a printed pattern along the spine! Hope you enjoy! These are just photos from my iPhone but I’m sure I’ll document this a bit more professionally in the future!

About two weeks ago I did my first photo shoot with a model, Natasha Laux. She was absolutely amazing and was so kind to agree to a test shoot with me! She modeled with an agency in Shanghai, China for a year and wanted to get back into it. I think she has amazing talent and have no doubt she will go far with her career. Anyways, the shoot was styled, shot, and edited by me (as always). And, as always, Matt helped me through the entire shoot. Couldn’t have done it without him =) Oh, and also thanks to Anna for getting me the studio to shoot in!

The Mother Goose Series (as seen here) was the second big series I sought to do in the beginning of 2011. I had 10 weeks to come up with the idea, plan the shoots, and shoot them.
